Attorney Caleb G. Howard believes that everyone deserves access to the justice system and is passionate about helping people receive a fair outcome in their case. He understands that clients are often dealing with a challenging and complex situation and prioritizes working toward the right solution for each individual. He works primarily in the areas of personal injury, business litigation, and criminal defense.
Mr. Howard graduated from Southern Adventist University’s School of Business and Management with a degree in finance, summa cum laude, in 2018. He graduated from The University of Alabama School of Law, cum laude, in 2023, in the top 20% of his class. During law school, he received the Order of the Samaritan for outstanding public service and received recognition for being the best student caseworker in the criminal defense clinic during the Fall 2022 semester. He participated in trial advocacy and moot court competitions and assisted in preparing a brief to the Alabama Supreme Court.
Mr. Howard is licensed in Tennessee, Tennessee federal court and provisionally licensed in Georgia while he is in the process of getting his full Georgia license.
